In 2023, Superior Building Group completed a major renovation of our Joplin Service Center. This was a 9200 sq ft office building that had many challenges that Superior did a great job of overcoming. Tony Brown onsite Project Foreman, Anel Ganic Project Manager and Tom Heintz, Director of Office Operations were a great team to work with. I’m based out of Birmingham Alabama, so the logistics of me not being there in Joplin all the time were tough, but the Superior Team made it easy for me to manage from afar. The Joplin employees really enjoyed working with Tony Brown. He was incredible to work with and always happy to help anyone. As for the project, this finished product was great. They took a building that was built in the early 1950’s and transformed it into a modern open office environment that allows our employees to work comfortably and efficiently. Superior provided us great pricing and high-quality craftsmanship as well. I would highly recommend considering Superior Building Group for any type project you may have.

My wife and I sincerely appreciate working with SBG. We had 3 contractors quote the build for her new business endeavor, one of which was a friend's construction business. Jim's bid was competitive, as were the other two, but when it came to answering my questions Jim was always first to reply, where the others took days or weeks to respond. Once we approved Jim's bid, construction started a few days later, and the project finished in less time than quoted. The foreman for our project, Andy, was professional and highly skilled in communicating the process as well as construction. We had an issue with the existing water heater, and instead of saying it needed to be replaced and adding huge additional charges, Andy made one phone call and just the control head was replaced a few hours later, saving hundreds of dollars and putting us one day closer to opening. Once we opened there was a small issue with plumbing. One call to SBG and the problem was remedied same day, I don't know other construction companies would have been so quick to respond after the check cleared. Lauren, thanks for being so quick with the paperwork and logistics of the build. I know there is a lot of work behind the scenes getting paperwork and permitting done with different government agencies and vendors, and you were great to work with answering questions when they came up. Overall, our satisfaction with SBG is a 10 of 10, and there is a reason for the word "Superior" in the name. We look forward to working with SBG for our second location soon!
