St. Louis, MO] – November 2024 – Superior Building Group proudly announces the successful completion and turnover of the Davidson Logistics tilt-up construction project, a 400,000-square-foot facility in Bridgeton, MO. The project showcases Superior Building Group’s commitment to excellence in large-scale construction, project coordination, and collaboration with a network of dedicated subcontractors.
The process began with the completion of the concrete slab, laying the foundation for this massive structure. Superior Building Group meticulously coordinated each phase of the build, overseeing the arrival of cranes, heavy equipment, and essential materials, while prioritizing safety and efficiency. By November 2023, the tilt-up walls were rising, followed by the installation of joists and columns by March 2024, which paved the way for the roofing team to seal and protect the structure.
In May 2024, the exterior began to take shape with painting, dock door installations, and glasswork that brought form and character to the facility. In the months that followed, HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical installations were completed as the building neared its final stages. After passing all required inspections, Superior Building Group proudly turned over the completed project in late September 2024.
