Superior Building Group recently completed the full tenant buildout for Project Lean Nation in Chesterfield, Missouri, converting a dated retail space into a sleek, modern storefront designed for smoothie service and prepared meal pickup. The project kicked off with a complete interior demolition, bringing the space down to a blank shell before beginning the buildout to meet the franchise’s high-efficiency operational standards.
Led by Project Manager Jim Noland and Superintendent Austyn Treis, the SBG team coordinated all phases.
The final space balances function and aesthetic, delivering clean lines, durable surfaces, and a bright atmosphere that supports quick in-and-out customer flow while showcasing the brand.
This build marks another addition to Superior Building Group’s growing portfolio of health, wellness, and franchise tenant improvements across the St. Louis region and beyond.
