Superior Building Group recently completed construction on the JetSet Pilates location in Edwardsville, Illinois, converting an existing retail space into a fully operational studio. The project involved a full interior renovation, starting with demolition and moving into a detailed buildout tailored to the layout and flow required for the space.
Throughout the project, the focus was on keeping work efficient in the field while maintaining a sharp, finished look at completion. Layout execution, lighting placement, and finish selections all played a role in creating a space that functions well for both staff and members. Close coordination between trades allowed for consistent progress and kept the schedule intact as the project moved toward completion.
Oversight for the project was handled by Senior Project Manager Jim Noland, with Superintendents Tony Brown and Charley Noland managing daily site activity. Their ability to keep communication tight between all parties helped drive the project forward and avoid disruptions.
The Edwardsville location is another example of delivering a straightforward, well-managed buildout that meets the needs of a growing fitness brand.
