We’re happy to announce that the Sushi Ai project in Clayton, MO is officially complete and already open and serving the community! The new restaurant offers a fresh, modern atmosphere with a significantly more spacious layout than their previous location. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the interior with natural light, while the calming color palette creates an inviting, elevated dining experience that perfectly complements their menu.
A big thank-you to Griffin Lowe, who served as superintendent, and Katie Treis, who led the project with attention to detail as project manager. Their hard work and coordination helped bring this beautiful new space to life.
