Superior Building Group recently completed the construction of Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop in Creve Coeur, Missouri. The project transformed the space into a welcoming, functional restaurant designed to support daily operations while creating a comfortable experience for customers. From early coordination through final completion, our team worked closely with ownership to keep the project moving forward and ready for opening day.
Restaurant construction requires constant communication and attention to detail, and this project was no exception. Superintendent Jimi Dake oversaw field operations and coordinated the many moving parts required throughout construction, while Senior Project Manager Katie Treis managed the project from start to finish, ensuring schedules, subcontractors, and project milestones stayed on track. Their teamwork helped deliver a quality finished product.
