We recently completed the full buildout of Alloy Personal Training in O’Fallon, Missouri. Designed to support personalized fitness coaching and strength training, the project transformed the space into a modern training facility that is both functional and welcoming for members and staff. From initial construction activities through final finishes, our team worked closely with ownership and vendors to help bring the vision to life.
Fitness facility construction requires careful planning and coordination to ensure equipment, finishes, and building systems come together seamlessly. Superintendent Griffin Lowe managed day-to-day field operations and oversaw construction progress, while Project Manager Tom Heintz coordinated schedules, subcontractors, and vendor partnerships throughout the project. Their teamwork helped keep the build moving efficiently while maintaining attention to detail from start to finish.
This project is a great example of how teamwork, communication, and coordination can turn an empty space into a finished facility ready for opening day. We appreciate the opportunity to be part of the project and look forward to seeing the positive impact it has on the local community.
