Waxing the City in Ballwin, Missouri marked an exciting milestone for SBG as our first completed project with the brand. Led by Project Manager Tom Heintz and Superintendent Roy Boyer, this project involved a complete interior demolition and tenant build-out, transforming the space into a modern salon designed to deliver the welcoming experience Waxing the City is known for.
From the start, the focus was on quality, communication, and keeping the project moving efficiently. Every phase required close coordination between our project team, subcontractors, and ownership to ensure the vision came together exactly as planned. Through that collaboration, the space was completed on schedule and ready to welcome its first guests.
Projects like this are a great reminder that successful construction is built on strong partnerships. The trust and teamwork between everyone involved—from the client and design team to our trade partners—played a key role in making this project a success. We appreciate everyone who contributed their time and expertise throughout the process.
